Cedric The Entertainer

"The Proud Family"
"Uncle Bobby"
Actor and comedian Cedric "The Entertainer" reprises his role as Uncle Bobby in Disney+'s "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," the long-anticipated revival of the groundbreaking animated series "The Proud Family."
Cedric is simultaneously starring in and executive-producing the hit comedy series "The Neighborhood" and hosting and executive producing “Greatest #AtHome Videos.” He also co-stars in "The Last O.G.," opposite Tracy Morgan and Tiffany Haddish. His other television credits include "The Soul Man," which he co-created and executive-produced; "The Steve Harvey Show," for which he received four NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy; and the sketch comedy series "Cedric the Entertainer Presents," which he starred in and executive-produced. He also served as the season 12 host of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" and was featured as the voice of Bobby Proud in Disney Channel's hit animated series "The Proud Family," for which he also earned an NAACP Image Award.
Cedric's versatile film work spans genres from the comedic, highlighted by his memorable performances in the hit "Barbershop" franchise, "Johnson Family Vacation" and "The Original Kings of Comedy;" to the dramatic with the Academy Award nominated drama "First Reformed." His signature baritone voice has been heard in animated hits such as the "Madagascar" film series, "Planes" and "Ice Age" franchises, and "Dr. Dolittle 2."
He will next be seen in the upcoming feature films, "Son of the South," "The Opening Act" and the "Johnson Family Vacation" sequel.
Never resting on his laurels and with stand-up comedy being his first love, Cedric continues to hone and perfect his craft by performing live shows across the country. He recently wrapped a highly successful four year run on "The Comedy Get Down" tour.
In July 2018, Cedric was honored with a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A few months later, his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri named a street in his honor, Cedric the Entertainer Way, in recognition of his far-reaching career achievements and dedicated philanthropy through his Cedric the Entertainer Charitable Foundation.
